Paulina specialises in traditional Thai Yoga massage where you remain fully clothed on the floor or mat while you are taken through a series of Yoga-like stretches and positions. This is combined with deep static and rhythmic acupressure. Thai massage is designed to help loosen up tightness in the muscles
and joints, while also stimulating the circulation of blood, lymph and energy, promoting a wonderful sense of healing and relaxation. Paulina trained at the royal awarded Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in Thailand. Her training also included the special care required for massaging the disabled and elderly.
Paulina continued her professional development under the guidance of Ajahn Pichest, one of the most revered masters of the art.
